Our Mission

The Beginning: Overcoming English Struggles (2021)

After passing his 10th-grade exams in 2021, Syed Izhar faced a three-month vacation filled with self-doubt. His poor English skills became a source of humiliation, especially in his Pashtun-speaking community. Determined to change, he enrolled in a local academy for six months, mastering the basics. He spent countless hours watching YouTube channels like English with Lucy and Langomarina, while his teacher Mr. Asad Khan’s advice—“Practice makes perfect”—became his mantra. For over a year, he practiced relentlessly, eventually achieving fluency.

Venturing into Content Creation (2023)

Inspired by his tech-savvy brother Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah, Izhar launched his YouTube channel How To Seek (later renamed Top SIAS) on January 1, 2023. While juggling college, he taught himself scripting, copywriting, and video editing. Despite finishing his intermediate studies in 2023, he chose to skip university, believing self-education could pave his path to success.

Trials, Failures, and Relentless Hustle (2024)

The journey was far from smooth. Friends mocked his ambitions, and a crushing rejection from a loved one left him heartbroken. He experimented with odd jobs—phone repairing, a failed perfume brand, and a short-lived shampoo business with friends—but nothing stuck. Broke and disillusioned, he moved to Lahore, sleeping on floors and surviving on meager earnings. Returning to Swat, he faced pressure from family to pursue “practical skills,” but his dream of entrepreneurship never wavered.

SIAS Journey

Breakthrough in Islamabad (2025)

In a pivotal moment, Izhar landed a social media manager job in Islamabad after impressing interviewer Waqar Ahmed with his raw determination. Though inexperienced, his confidence shone through. Later, his uncle Syed Muzzamil Shah offered him a lifeline—a project to build a website, which evolved into their joint venture, Deep Ocean Digital Agency. Today, this agency fuels his ambition to become a millionaire, In Sha Allah.
